At StyleBuy.fashion, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with easy returns and refunds, as per the policy outlined below:
1. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase (order ID/invoice) must be provided.
- The return must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Certain items such as innerwear, cosmetics, or personalized items may be non-returnable (clearly marked on the product page).
2. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or message regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method (credit card, UPI, bank account, etc.).
- Rejected Refunds: If the item does not meet our return criteria, it will be shipped back to you.
3. Refund Method
Refunds are processed through the original payment method:
- Prepaid Orders: Amount will be refunded to your payment source (e.g., credit/debit card, UPI, or wallet).
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI after we receive the returned item and bank/UPI details from you.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company – it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank – processing time may vary.

5. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to get a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
6. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund depending on the reason for return.
